joshengel: lyssaskye: favorite verse ever.  I have had to learn the art of standing still.  I have come to realize I am never present, always freaking about the next thing.  Sometimes I literally have to tell my muscles to relax.  It is only God that has enabled me to experience such peace and rest.  Why would I worry anyway? Because the bible says if I trust, he’ll guide.  He already knows. Sweet verse! Cheers sister!
